PENINGKATAN KESADARAN REMAJA TERHADAP BAHAYA NARKOBA DAN PERGAULAN BEBAS MELALUI EDUKASI BERBASIS SEKOLAH MTS IBNU HAJAR BULUPITU, KABUPATEN MALANG

Abstrak

Adolescents are a vulnerable group to drug abuse and risky social behavior due to developmental, social, and environmental influences. This community service activity was conducted at MTS Ibnu Hajar Bulupitu, Malang Regency, with the aim of increasing students’ awareness, knowledge, and attitudes toward the dangers of drugs and free social interaction through school-based education. The program employed a participatory and interactive approach, including educational sessions, group discussions, case studies, and reflective activities. The results showed a significant improvement in students’ understanding of drug types, impacts, and long-term consequences, as well as increased awareness of the risks associated with unhealthy social behavior. In addition, students demonstrated more assertive attitudes in responding to negative peer pressure and showed higher participation during learning activities. Support from the school also increased, indicating the potential sustainability of similar preventive programs. Overall, this activity contributes positively to strengthening preventive efforts and character education for adolescents through school-based community service initiatives
